Dental Office Manager Ball Family Dental \| Killam, Alberta Ball Family Dental is looking for an experienced, organized and people-focused Office Manager to help lead our growing practice. This is an important leadership position within our office. We’re looking for someone who can help create structure, support our team, improve systems and keep a busy dental practice running smoothly. The Role Our Office Manager will work closely with ownership and our leadership team to oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice. Responsibilities may include: - Leading and supporting our administrative and clinical teams - Staff scheduling and coordination - Recruitment, onboarding and training - Helping establish accountability and follow-through - Managing office systems, policies and workflows - Supporting patient scheduling and customer service - Monitoring practice goals, KPIs and operational performance - Helping manage difficult patient or team situations when needed - Coordinating meetings, projects and ongoing improvements - Identifying inefficiencies and helping develop better systems - Supporting the continued growth of the practice Who We’re Looking For You are someone who: - Is an excellent communicator and natural leader - Is highly organized and follows through - Can confidently manage people while still being approachable and kind - Takes initiative and solves problems - Can see both the big picture and the small details - Is comfortable with accountability and difficult conversations - Enjoys creating systems and improving how things are done - Wants to become an important long-term member of a growing organization Dental management experience is strongly preferred, although we are open to candidates with strong management or leadership experience from other industries.
