Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) Ball Family Dental \| Killam, Alberta Ball Family Dental is growing, and we’re looking for an enthusiastic Registered Dental Assistant to join our team! We are a busy, progressive rural dental practice focused on providing high-quality, comprehensive dentistry with small-town heart. Our office offers a wide range of treatment, including general and family dentistry, Invisalign, implants, oral surgery, same-day crowns, cosmetic dentistry, sedation and more. What You’ll Be Doing - Chairside assisting for general and advanced dental procedures - Preparing and turning over treatment rooms - Taking radiographs, scans and records within your scope - Supporting Invisalign, restorative, surgical and implant procedures - Sterilization and infection prevention - Helping keep the clinical day organized, efficient and running on time - Providing an excellent experience for our patients - Working closely with our dentists and the rest of our clinical team What We’re Looking For - Registered Dental Assistant in Alberta - Positive, dependable and team-oriented - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfortable in a busy environment - Eager to learn and continue developing clinically - Someone looking for a long-term dental home Experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability and willingness to grow are extremely important to us. We invest heavily in our team and believe in continuing education, expanding skills and creating opportunities for people who want to grow with the practice. Full-time or part-time may be considered, with some flexibility in scheduling.
