| WE'RE HIRING: Hot Oiler & Pressure Truck Operators Location: Alberta (Fleet based out of Camrose, AB) Performance Solutions Ltd. is expanding! As a family-owned business specializing in Hot Oiling & Pressure Truck Services, we take pride in delivering top-tier fluid management, high-pressure pumping (up to 15K), line flushing, and SAGD support with a modern, state-of-the-art fleet. If you are an experienced Operator or former Toolpush with a strong commitment to safety and deep operational experience in Western Canada, we want you on our team. The Role: - Safely operate hot oiler and pressure truck units on oilfield projects throughout Western Canada. - Perform fluid heating, high-pressure pumping, chemical handling, and line flushing. - Monitor automated gauges, manage flow/pressure rates, and maintain digital logs. - Support 24/7 field operations, planned shutdowns, and winter projects. Candidate Qualifications - Experience: Proven background as a Toolpush or hands-on experience operating hot oilers and pressure trucks in Western Canadian winter conditions. - Licensing: Valid commercial driver's license (Class 1 or 3) with a clean driver's abstract. - Certifications: Active Alberta safety tickets (H2S Alive, First Aid/ CPR, TDG, WHMIS). - Technical Skills: Strong mechanical aptitude, high-pressure pumping knowledge, and ability to execute on-site pump maintenance. Location/Requirements: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and reside within reasonable commuting distance of our Camrose, AB shop for immediate field dispatch.
