| Employment Opportunity - CASUAL LIFEGUARDS/INSTRUCTORS WE ARE NOW RECRUITING LIFEGUARDS/INSTRUCTORS FOR CASUAL POSITIONS FOR OUR AQUATIC FACILITY! Are you a certified Lifeguard and Instructor? Put your lifesaving and life guarding skills to work with the City of Camrose Mayer Aquatic Centre. FUNCTIONS: - Provide instruction and supervision for aquatic activities. QUALIFICATIONS: - National Lifeguard certification. - Intermediate First Aid (formerly known as Standard First Aid). - Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor. - Other aquatic certifications considered an asset (Leadership Instructor certifications, Aqua Fitness Instructor). - Dedicated and reliable with a strong commitment to teamwork. - Strong public relations and communication skills. HOURS OF WORK: The hours of work for these casual positions vary and can include morning, day-time, evening, and/or weekend shifts. Successful candidates will be required to teach various swimming lessons that fall on evenings and some weekends. HOURLY WAGE: The hourly wage for these will be established based on qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.
